Andrew Doerman, VP of Distribution, Marketing & Strategic Growth, is responsible for the distribution expansion, strategic execution, and partner relationships within the Banner Life family of companies. Andrew manages the P&L of our key growth segments of distribution: Traditional BGA, Direct Marketers, FinTech Partnerships, Network IMO and Direct-to-Consumer channels. Under Andrew’s leadership, a multi-functional team spanning distribution, marketing, and sales operations works together to drive awareness of Banner Life and William Penn’s competitive advantages of affordable products accessible through transformative technology and best-in-class service experience for both consumers and distributors, resulting in the Banner Life family of companies becoming a market leader in term life insurance.Andrew is a graduate of Asbury University and has over two decades of experience in the insurance industry, both Life and P&C, holding various leadership positions across multiple organizations, including MetLife, Sentry Insurance and American Family Insurance. Prior to joining the Banner Life family of companies, Andrew was a member of the leadership team who founded MetLife’s middle-market initiative, creating a pioneering direct-to-consumer purchase experience driven by underwriting and technology innovations. He has also owned multiple insurance agencies in Ohio, offering Life, P&C, Heath and investment products.
Andrew is member of LIDMA Board (Life Insurance Direct Marketing Association) and serves on multiple committees driving awareness on the importance of life insurance.
