Raju Seetharaman is Senior Vice President and Chief Technology Officer of Banner Life Insurance Company and William Penn Life Insurance Company of New York (the Banner Life family of companies). He leads enterprise technology and transformation strategy, technology operations, and change delivery, partnering with the executive team to facilitate business strategy alignment and translate growth priorities into measurable outcomes and scalable digital capabilities.

Raju’s signature themes include strategy-to-execution leadership, modernization and platform evolution, and disciplined governance. He is shaping an enterprise AI and digital capability—data foundations, operating model, and governance—to scale adoption safely and effectively across the organization. A core focus is using AI and digital innovation to enhance customer, agent, and partner experiences, improve decision-making and automation, increase productivity, and create market differentiation in how the Banner Life family of companies serves and grows with its distribution partners.

With international experience across multiple markets, Raju has led large, complex transformations and continues to focus on building capabilities as the organization continues to evolve.
