Employee feedback recognizes Banner Life’s culture of trust, purpose and support
FREDERICK, MD — [July 9, 2026] — Banner Life Insurance Company has earned the Great Place To Work® Certification™, a national recognition based entirely on employee feedback about workplace culture, trust and the overall employee experience. Banner Life’s scores were higher than typical for the financial services industry, which distinguishes the organization as an employer of choice.
The certification follows results from the Great Place To Work Trust Index™ Survey, in which employees highlighted a consistently positive experience across all five Great Place to work dimensions:
- One of the strongest areas were Pride and Camaraderie, with scores ranging from 80 – 86% across both the Protection and PRT divisions, indicating employees feel positive about the work they do and enjoy strong relationships with their colleagues.
- Credibility and Fairness both scored high, with both divisions scoring an 83% in Fairness, pointing to our employees’ trust and leadership and belief that they are treated fairly.
- Both divisions scored extraordinarily high in LGBTQ+ Equity and Workplace Safety with scores ranging from 95-99% across both divisions, highlighting a truly inclusive and safe, comfortable environment Banner Life has built for its people.
Great Place To Work Certification™ is widely recognized by employees and employers as a benchmark of high-trust, high-performing workplace cultures.
